Food is a medium that expresses the realities, traditions, and histories of the people that have cooked them. It is a medium to bond, create, flatter, and to be alive. And we are happy to share our food in an ethical way that invites and includes our Muslim friends and neighbors.
OUR CERTIFICATIONS
We proudly attempt to provide the best ingredients and happy to inform you of their sources. Our beef products come from Creekstone Farms, distributed through Fairway Packaging Co, and has the Seal of Approval from Halal Transactions of Omaha. Our chicken products come from Mar-Jac Poultry, distributed through Fairway Packaging Co, with the Seal of Approval from the International Institute of Islamic Thought.
We only have one pork product (Queso Fundido), which is cooked individually in designated cookware. We’d be happy to substitute the chorizo for another kind of meat, seafood, or vegetables at your request.
